Card Making 101

Have been having fun experimenting with different techniques with the help from products l have purchased from Stamp'n Up. Great range. Card 1. l used  embossing folder, die cuts, layered some pieces and popped up others added a sentiment. Lined inside with white paper for writing a message.

Card 2. Simply embossed mat in soft floral image. Stamped image on white paper coloured  in. Then cut out tag attached directly to card. No sentiment outside only inside card. Must always be mindful of dimension for posting as it will cost you extra. 

Card 3.Used Vellum to  heat emboss on with white powder, heat set ready to make card.

End result attached white ribbon tied a bow and mounted vellum to card mat, carefully folding vellum extra to back of mat to glue down so glue doesn't show through vellum.  Then mounted to card base.

  

Card 4. Again used vellum for sheep used alcohol markers on back to colour sheep then die cut out. Stamped flowers, clouds coloured in grass then dry embossed background mat, die cut gate out of printed wooden paper. Cut out tags added sentiments put together.  Has been great fun, must remember to use up as many scraps as possible along the way.
