Outfit For "B"

Another cute little outfit for Granddaughter. She often arrives at my sons house with no extra clothes or clothes that no longer fit her.  So after buying new under garments and basic clothes have started to make her some future outfits. Enough said on that matter.  Have been enjoying my time with her and step grandson.

This skit was a disappointment but managed to add same contrast fabric around hem line.  Sorry no picture of this.   Was suppose to be lower at back like mermaid style, next time l make  it will adjust to my liking.
